Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking date. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, you may relax knowing that your party date is secured and in good hands!
No, we only require a 25% deposit to confirm your party date. However, full payment must be paid two days prior to the event date.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Due to wind, our inflatables can only be set up on grass. We value safety and require our units to be staked into the ground.
Cancellation and Rain Policy:Â This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 48 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 48 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.Â
Yes!! If you are looking to rent for multiple days, please fill out our contact form and we will put a quote together for you.
There will be a small delivery fee/set up fee that is calculated at a per mile rate. When creating a quote, be sure to enter your delivery address accurately and the distance charge will be calculated for you! Â
Currently, we are unable to offer customer pick up because our insurance company requires that our units are set up by trained employees and to the manufacturer specifications as well state regulations. Safety is our #1 priority!
